Initial Consultation, Assessment and Treament

£75 approx 90 minutes (fees can vary dependent on location)

This session includes an in-depth assessment of your posture, flexibility, mobility, strength, mental health, lifestyle and past medical history. Sessions also includes aftercare advice such as lifestyle recommendations, exercises and stretches.

Follow up treatment

£50 approx 1hr (fees can vary dependent on location)

This session will include a full body balance Bowen treatment as well as advice and lifestyle coaching where necessary.
